Somebody better tell Kiefer to wash out that mouth of his with soap. I don't get why he would talk like to Ferrero, one of the nicest guys on tour. He's the new a**hole on the block, step aside Lleyton. I felt like punching that p**ck out. Anyone that looks like Colin Farrell can't be a good person. What's his problem, not even Rios is was that bad.

I think ESPN overated that. A lot of times when I'm playing I shout the " Hit the damn ball!" " maybe he was talking to himself. Also when I'm playing I'm give the occasional " you ****$r! " but not loud enough so my opponent can hear it... With the whole Vodafone arena screaming, nobody could hear anything in there so, I'm pretty sure he was saying that to pump himself up.

Yeah, I noticed most of the time it seemed like Keifer was saying something to Ferrero. But since I can't read lips and don't understand a word of German I can't be sure. As awkward as it may look, he might have been talking to himself.

I do really like Ferrero but i dont think Keifer was saying that.If he was tough luck.Im sorry whoever said that Keifer was the new ******* step aside hewitt....your wrong.Hewitt will always be the number one ******* on tour until he gets rid of the come ons and everything else he does to **** off the players

I would tend to believe the commentators -- who are around these players a lot. They seemed pretty unanimous in their comments about Kiefer's penchant for deliberately getting under his opponents' skins.

Ferrero was classy in not being drawn into his opponent's shenanigans. He clearly didn't like it, but he didn't respond in kind and he kept his cool and gave a decent handshake at the end.

Yeah, Kiefer played a good match, but his trash-talking brought him no credit.

Keifer.rox my world.but then again so does ferrero.i dont think he did anything wrong have you seen a match where there was no staring at eachother or mouthign off once in a while.unless your watching johan vs tiger tim that is.that is all.xx
