On the bright side: Rafa is a young healthy person
Perhaps the rest of his body, but not his knees.
On the bright side: Rafa is a young healthy person
it's not the first time he's had to take this part of the season off so i'm not overly worried. Infact when he came back from injury last time he came back more determined than even and became the beast he is today, so this might be another blessing in disguise, who knows. He's not the first player to get injured, and I hate that people immediately question his longevity as soon as he takes time out. Although I do hope it doesn't take too long to heal. He can't miss AO again.
Rest well rafa. I'd rather he skips DC alltogether.
Federer may even win the next 5 straight French Opens to match his 5 straight Wimbledons and 5 straight US Opens since it looks like Nadal may retire.Federer's got to be thinking about the French Open now. This could be his chance.
I thought that was a foot problem? Also in 2006 he didn't play the Australian Open because of knee problems, so this is serious for Nadal. Nadal could lose tons of points, and Federer could gain plenty by winning or just defending his semi.
I thought that was a foot problem?
After which, Nike started to make custom shoes with more cushioning for him.
Who knows, he's got billions of injuries in his lower body. You'd think he was a Grandma or something.
How many games did Nadal play in 2007?
He played a little over 90 matches this year. You in Shanghai? Gonna go watch?
Yeah I know he played 93 single games this year and that's really taxing especially with his style of play. Just wondered how many he played last year. No, unfortunately I'm not in Shanghai right now so cannot watch -__-
