Cryotherapy chamber. Really low degrees in there and aids recovery because of the freezing temperature. Don't know the science behind it.

This video was quite boring the say the least. Was expecting a story of his beginnings in Paris and all those years instead received short resume of his 2017 road to the title with little footage of his off-court preparation. Disappointing especially that there must so much material to choose from.

Me too. I wish I could see hours of what they do when they wait for the match. How they prepare. Everything what Toni says, Moya... before and after the match. Toni- he is much softer than I expected. Rafa much in charge of everything.

I'm sure there is more to it than we saw :D I can't imagine their interactions were entirely natural knowing they were being filmed. Moya especially you could see was only being serious in his to camera interview bits, during the main filming everything he did or said was a joke.

Sampras had predicted that Nadal could win 10 French opens. Amazing that it actually happened and look at the time period (at age 19, 31 and in between ) not to mention that he is a much more complete player now than he ever was at the beginning of his career. Longevity, talent and a unique game, a little bit of luck and hopefully he can stay healthy.

I liked it. Wish it had been longer and showed even more behind the scenes stuff. But he is a pretty private person so I am happy we got to see this much.
