Sorry, but Di Minaur played at his Barcelona level today, no better and no worse. He looked worse and he lost because Nadal raised his level quite a bit. ADM's level is irrelevant anyway, no clay level of his is going to come close to beating even 80% Nadal, and we probably saw 75% of peak Rafa today. People are acting like Di Minaur played horrifically which is absurd. The final match tally showed Rafa with 66 points and Demon with 62.

Peoplw dont understand the bigger picture. Nadal is targeting RG. Everything now is building blocks. The key point is the improvement in 2 weeks from Barcelona to now. If the improvement continues at this rate, then he goes into RG probably as 3rd fav behind Alcaraz and Sinner.

I Agree with everything but Sinner as favorite at RG.

Rafito should play one more match and then withdraw and save himself. At this level at RG, maybe about 4-5 players can beat him though maybe other considerations when having to grind out 3-5 sets.

Save his energy, health, and confidence, for a few matches at Roma and then go all out at RG.

He should play few more just to see where his hip is with respect to match fitness. One 3 setter should be enough.
