As I said many times, Nadal will end up beating most "longevity" records, despite everybody being convinced RF would out-do him in this respect by a wide margin...

The irony of it all. Ten years ago Federer fans were absolutely convinced Nadal would have a far shorter career and much shorter stay at the top.

The arrogance.

The key one, if my math is right, is that if he wins the final he joins his brothers in the Idiot Fanbase Brigade on 6 years of multiple wins.

multiple slam wins per season is more tasty..so nadal has 6 and djoko has 6 but djoko wins thanks to three times 3+seasons while nadal has 1:D

I'm still awaiting the day when Nadal fans can praise Nadal without mentioning the name "Federer". ;)

Does it make any real difference though? Would we think more (or less) of Nadal if he had won the same number of slams but in a different fashion (say more 3 slam years but less multiple slam years)?

What an ingenious name for the three of them, I lol'd. Makes you think, maybe they did really helped ruin the sport and the alternate timeline with no Fedalovic present would've been much better, morally speaking.
