Need racquet suggestion for 12 yr old girl.

Hi,

My 12 year old daughter is currently using a Gamma Tour Lite. She has outgrown it (ability wise, and the grip is way too small now) - she has had it for almost four years. She is an O.K. player, maybe 3.0. Nice form, poor placement. Average athletic ability. She tried my son's AeroPro+ and a O3 Red demo and thought they were too heavy. Any suggestions? Should I avoid extra long racquets?
