Pro Kennex 7G quality control problem

I've been interested for some time now in the 7G, but the reports of its easy cracking dissuade me from acting on this and making a purchase.

Is Pro Kennex aware of this?

Do they offer some kind of replacement policy? What can they do to make the makers make a better, lasting frame?

I never had any problems with 3 brand new ones I ordered but I only used them for just over a year.

We haven't heard anything from our end on quality control problems on the ProKennex 7G. Regardless, any manufacturer will replace racquets that have defects.
