Rome entry list has federer name being crossed out but similarly madrid list had federer name in it, does it suggest federer is playing clay but intends to only play Madrid and Rg(assuming)
So close, yet so far...Rome and Monte Carlo will always be the 2 Masters missing from his resumé.
Let's not pretend Federer is playing to win titles right now. Every tour match in the coming months is part of his recovery/rehabilitation planHe gave up from that title a long time ago.
Nonsense. That day, multiple players had 2 matches scheduled due to rain.I loved the reaction the Rome crowd gave him in 2019 but the tournament really tried to screw him by scheduling two matches in one day.
Thanks for the update! The man is effectively retired as is. He'll be lucky to make it past the 2nd round of any tournament.
People overreacting. Really busy summer schedule, makes no sense to tryhard the clay. Thanks for the update!
Forget about all those losses to nadal after match point or muggery against mantilla, even 2014-15 fedberg could win those 2.Rome and Monte Carlo will always be the 2 Masters missing from his resumé.
Geneva and on to the grass? Or just skip clay all together I have been saying I still don’t think he will play FO. But obviously now it’s a week break he could do Geneva and straight onto FO
So close, yet so far...
Geneva then the grass is my prediction I don’t see Fed playing RGRumour has it Fed will skip Madrid as well now new practice clay tournament will be Geneva this isn’t a joke folks.
Geneva then the grass is my prediction I don’t see Fed playing RG
If he's playing Geneva, he will also play RG. It doesn't make sense to play one small clay tournament if he's not going to play a Slam on clay as well.
Doubt he will care thoughRome and Monte Carlo will always be the 2 Masters missing from his resumé.
Doubt he will care though
He retired didn’t he?OUT: Coric
No.He retired didn’t he?
He needs match play before the grass court season.Surprised Federer is even bothering with the clay season. He has little/no chance of winning any clay tournaments at his age unless the field is really easy.
Surprised Federer is even bothering with the clay season. He has little/no chance of winning any clay tournaments at his age unless the field is really easy.
Nice joke, dude! The man is effectively retired as is. He'll be lucky to make it past the 2nd round of any tournament.
Oh I didn’t notice he is useless enough
