I just found Dawnguard Fort and it is inaccessible. However it is still marked as a quest on my menu. So it would appear that Steam has rectified the free giveaway.
Question about Steam, if I buy a new computer do you still keep your games you purchased from them? I bought Skyrim from Walmart so I’m thinking that when my old computer gives up the ghost that I could just use my dics to reinstall.

Yes because the games are tied to your Steam account, not your computer.
All that will happen is Steam will detect you are trying to login from a different computer, and will send a verification code to your e-mail address that you'll need to enter in Steam.
You'll need to reinstall them obviously, as well as transfer your saved games if they're not in the cloud. (Skyrim supports Steam Cloud)
So basically you can use your Steam account from any computer, but you can only have one session going on at a time.

You thought dragonborn was better than the entirety of Skyrim? Wow. I thought by DLC standards it is was vastly superior to Dawnguard, but neither of them are must-haves IMO.
