Has anyone put these in your EXO3 Tour Team? If so how did it play, change the feel or performance of this racquet?
Any info would be great.
Thanks

I've asked the same question with no response. What I can speak to is the string hole grommet compared to the port hole on the EXO3 graphite. It gave me a more traditional feel and might have cost me a fractional difference in power. Overall I enjoyed the change. So far I've had good success with the team and haven't tinkered too much with the racquet. I did add leather grips to add a little weight and keep the head light feel. I am play 18g Lux ace in the mains and 17g VS tonic in the crosses. I really like this setup. Would love to hear your impression if you try the string hole grommets.

I put 6 grams of the Babolat lead tape in the lower throat and that gives it a tad more power. I was hoping that the string holes will give some uniform weight to the head,

I love this frame so much with the ports that i haven't wanted to experiment! Sorry.

kinda sums up my experience too. Damn thing plays so good you really don't want to screw with it! I have added a leather grip and play with lux ace 18/nrg 17 and love it as well.

While I do not have the EXO3 Tour Team, I do have the EXO3 Tour 18x20. I haven't had a huge amount of time with the one with the holes because I got it recently and have been busy with torments and didn't want to through myself off. Light hitting with it I noticed a more traditional feel and slightly less power like others have said, but my main complaint was less ball pocketing. I feel like the dwell time is amazing with the ports. If you rely on the traditional feel to know where you are going and it gives you a better sense of accuracy then it is great, you do not get the best of both worlds, but it is a pretty good compromise. I am very strange and LIKE the mushy plush feeling of the Prince port tech so I will probably stick with the ports. I have two sticks with the ports for tournaments and a third to fool around with so will defiantly give the hole grommets more time. I am playing with a hitting partner tomorrow that I do not care if I lose or not with so I play a whole set with each, then third set ever two games switch between the two and report back any additional thoughts.

I've had my Ozone Pro Tours for 3 years now and they are beaten to death. I was waiting for the replacement and was excited when Prince finally introduced EXO Tour. But EXO hits nothing like OPT. At 52 stiffness the power and solid feel are missing esp. when you hit near the top of the racket. I was highly disappointed.

EXO Team however seems to be stiffer although quite a bit lighter. Have you tried EXO Tour and if so, does the Team feel stiffer, more solid? If that is the case, I'm thinking if I lead up Team correctly, it would feel like a lighter version of OPT? MY OPTs range from 343 to 355 so I'm just using the 2 lightest ones but they are torn up (I had to remove the headguard to reduce weight to 343g.) 12oz+ is getting heavy for me in a 3 set singles match. So I'm thinking about leading up EXO Team to 11.5 as replacement for OPT. Do you think that will work? I'm 4.5, mostly baseline, hit with modest topspin.

I have not tried the Tour. A friend of mine plays the Tour and his son uses the Team. He says they are pretty much interchangeable.
