The Project One Seven was a huge success.. Dropped in the fall of 2016, this stick not only got top reviews, but found itself in the hands of millions of players all over the world.
So we can expect the P20 to drop in the fall of this year.. Lets pool together on this thread, and get some early info, and sneak peeks at this exciting new offering.

Pure Feel is just the name of this current version of Cortex. the Pure Drive and Aero also use Cortex Pure Feel.

My son playtested the new pure strike line in september last year.
He told me that they had two or three different paintjobs that the playtesters had to comment on.
One of them was the colourway shown above.
One of them looked almost the same except it had a zebra-like colourway on one side of the head.

It looks like a combo paint job between the first strike and P17 strike. The red and black accents and red headguard from 1st gen strike on white frame 2nd gen strike.

I don't get whats up with that center line running through the frame. I'm sure this is not a final cosmetic though.

Not just Thiem, also Cameron Norrie too. Up and coming lefty who’s No.2 GB player and recent ex No.1 on US College circuit. Beat Tiafoe last week in Hopman cup, and then (with Katie Boulter beat Tiafoe and Serena in the mixed. ). Highlights on YouTube. Fun to watch.

I'm hardly an advocate for Babolat on these boards, but I disagree that females are the target market for Pure Strikes. I see a far higher percentage of girls of all levels using PA and PD than PS, and far more guys than girls using PS full stop. Colours are no more feminine than previous model, and imo much more dynamic - French (amongst many others) national colours to boot.

I agree. Girls would typically go for a pure drive or pure drive lite. This def isn’t a chick stick

Agree, performance wise it is not extremely demanding but it requires good form, is not by any means a Pure Drive and if they're talking about cosmetics, I think it's not a girly PJ, I like it a lot and in this day and age I think they have to make a racquet with flowers in pink to be really girly a little of light red (ish) is not enough to make anything girly.

That was one of the BEST new model from babolat in a long while. I am hoping for more Aerodynamic version in this new model. Also extended version with low SW would be great too

I just hope they do not have a labelled 'Starting Knot' on the frame. Having a line showing where the mains are centered would help, but remember that 'Stupid is Infinite' and someone will screw it up.

Same here. I dig the PJ but the grommets needs to be black or darker. I’m glad they went back to the coral colorway rather than the ‘orange’

Black grommets would be better.
