I guess it makes up for all the "joke draws" he had the last 5 years. LOL.

It's a tough draw, but Federer usually beats Karlovic, and I think Federer's low slice will bother Soderling. If Soderling couldn't beat Federer on his worst surface, it seems less likely he'll beat him on his best.

Djokovic may be biggest challenge, if he doesn't crash out like he normally does at big events.

I sure agree. But might add that Soderling did not look good against Granollers. I only saw the first three sets, but it looked like it could have gone either way and Granny isn't even top 100.

He played well yes. He's not that bad you know. he doesn't break serve against top 100 players for nothing. Sure, Darcis isn't the GOAT but he did it very well and didn't even need a tiebreaker. I can see him beat Tsonga, but maybe Tsonga AND Verdasco is a bit too much. However, I think Verdasco isn't that impressive. On a good serving day Ivo can beat anyone obviously.
