TTW, who would you like to hold the title of "The man who stopped Djokovic getting a CYGS"

There is going to be history and fame on both ends, Djokovic wins the CYGS OR the guy who stopped Djokovic getting the CYGS. If Djokovic is to go down at the USO, which player deserves this accolade?

One of the Next Gens? Lost Gen? Kyrgios? an UNKNOWN?

I don't know, but both times this scenario happened previously, in 33 and 56, the guys who did the feat (Perry and Rosewall) went on to DOMINATE in the years ahead, so if it happens then history teaches us we should expect to see more of the dude.

Think of the Paypal top-up here. Angry cashed-up Mirka, who has been unable to stop Rafa or Novak getting to 20, plus a huge boost from the angry, loaded Nadals.

PCB could be catapulted to the highest earner in the history of tennis in one match, and it's probably not even going to be a final either.

Apart from Djokovix, I think in the USO field Zverev has the most impressive game when he's not having mental lapses. I see the best potential match between him and Novak.

There's this thing in poker called "too many outs syndrome", where you're behind in a poker hand but have so many cards left that will help you win the hand. It seems easier to win a poker hand with 4-5 outs rather than 12.

I feel like it's gonna be this for Djoker at the US Open. No Nadal. No Federer. Fields pretty depleted, no lines judges to incapacitate. Too many things going right for him that something's bound to happen.
