Do those spanish commentators ever shut up?

They talk ever during the points.

After the 1st set in the Fed-Lopez match there was a short interview with Fed which I would have love to hear, but those commentators continue to babel on.

So annoying!

I wanted to post the same thing!.. I am reduced to having to watch through streaming here in Japan because we get zero tennis coverage, and it is just killing me.. I even downloaded the Federer Isner match torrent in the hope of getting to watch a match with a clear picture and some English commentary, and what do you know, its the Spanish retards going at it again.. I cant win!

I dont know what they are saying, but it just never stops.. Before points, in the middle of points, after points, and then through the interviews.. And the funny thing is, that you never hear then take a damn breath..They must think that they are working in radio, and not tv...

Here in the UK, the BBC do have some live radio coverage.

So what I do is turn off the Spanish babel, and listen to the BBC.

However the stream is about 30 secs behind the radio coverage.
So I know how the points going to end before I see it!

But doesn't Eurosport have an English channel?.. My Australian Open Final was a download that had Mats Wilander and some English chap commentating?..

i hate this too. and it seems like the volume of the commentators is so much louder than the play on the court. i'll turn it up to hear the ball and then all of a sudden this spanish guy is screaming through my speakers.

The UK Eurosport commentators are tip-top. They only speak when they have something smart to say. I really hate people talking nonsense during rallies.

Its same here. I don't know i'm getting the feed from which country, but Taylor Dent, Paul Goldstein or whatever commentators from this feed seems can't stop talking, even during the points.

The Finnish commentators on Eurosport are the worst... They talk all the time, try to find a reference to Jarkko Nieminen from everything, make loads of mistakes, have very limited amount of info about not-so-well-known players etc. Many times I just make the TV mute and concentrate on the match and not get my blood pressure sky-high...

Agreed, they are excellent and far better than the BBC. If a player serves while they are saying something they always shut up and wait for the point to finish.

I'm lucky to have English eurosport. It has quite nice commentary

I'm going to bookmark this page so when everyone I know starts complaining how awful the American comms are I can prove to them that most people in other countries have it just as bad as us.
