I am a 3.0 player with an Organix 9 with vfeel strings. Love the racquet, but wish it had a little more power. I have some lead tape at 3 and 9, and plan to add some more.
Any feedback on the Organix 5…?
Optispot has to be the dumbest technology since Fischer had that stupid magnetic thing. That technology was downright insulting to the consumer.
Thanks fot your input. In terms of feel between them, how would you describe them? And what racket would suit what type of player?I have Organix 10 295. I tried many different racquets from different brands but I couldn't find anything better than Organix 10 295. Mine is the very first version and heavier than what TW listed and I also found out Volkl changed slightly subsequent version. I have V1 Pro as well but I prefer Organix 10 295 which I added lead on handle.
I own that frame. It's stiff but you have to supply most of your own power. Very spin friendly and comfortable. I'm not a good person to compare it to a wilson because I can't stand wilson and won't even try them.Has anyone hit with the Super G 320? I've read and watched the review but I want to know how it compares with the 6.1 16x18. I'm interested in going to a slightly lighter frame and the specs, along with Volkl's known comfort, intrigue me.

I don't think you could go wrong with the super g 10 mid 320. It's just like the review on this site and is a damn solid racquet.
What's the real difference between PB and Organix frames? Marketing? I'm looking at the V1 in particular.
There is a difference in feel between PB and O lines. O lines have more muted and firmer feel. PB is more old school with a bit more flex. I am a big fan of the O line - they have a nice solid thump feel and sound. I have 3 O10 295's that I currently play with and 3 V1 Pros that I was playing with. I like both a lot. They are customized to around 333ish SW, 4 to 6HL and 11.8 to 12 oz. I think the O10 and SG10 are top notch frames if you like thin beam modern feel with a touch of classic feel. I am using multi/poly hybrids at 52/48 lbs and will drop tension as weather cools.
Thanks for the feedback! Got an old 1993 radical tour strung with rpm blast at 53 lbs I find very low powered. Would the O10 295 be the racket I seek, a lighter racket with forgiving sweet spot (hate the golfball sweet spot of my head) and easier power and spin?Good description. Going from 19mm beam width to 22mm and changing the string pattern from 18x20 to 16x19 was transformational for the 10 series -- much more so than the usual model update. Despite the similar nomenclature and position within Volkl's lineup, they are barely cousins. I much prefer the O10 295 to my previous PB10 (light version).

Thanks!! I'm looking for different. Lighter sw, more spin and power. SG10 or maybe V1 pro could give that. Or even go so far as the 8/7 or v1 mp. Will demo but want to narrow it down first to 4 rackets. ;-)I don't know about the O10 295 being the racquet you seek -- a demo would be the way to go. The most recent TW reviewers think the O10 295 SG has more even string bed response than the O10 295. I think the O10 295 is a great stick and, personally, didn't notice any hot spots. Either one is completely different than your old Radical Tour. My wife plays the Radical Tour Trisys 260 OS, which I hit with from time to time. The Volkl's are livelier while still having good control and terrific feel. The Trisys 260 OS are more substantial with great plow through and stability. Very different animals.

yes. adding the SG grommets and lead at 10 / 2 and handle really helps with power.Organix 10s are low powered right? Meaning you need a strong full swing?
If you are looking for power and spin in a fast swinging racquet, you have to demo the 300 gram SG8. The Super G version is the one you want, not the previous Organix 8.

Thanks for the input! That is actually one of the strong candidates along with V1 PRO and SG7. It feels like after sporadic hitting for 20 years after 10 years of junior hitting balls daily for 2 hrs it's time to redefine what I do on the court. And a good time to reevaluate my racket choices. I am strong enough for low powered players rackets but on the real power shots I feel my present radical to be too low powered so that using excess force spray the balls. I'd rather have a low-medium powered racket with good control than a medium powered with sprayed power shots. So SG8 or V1PRO is the first ones to demo I feel.
Maybe demo all three and add another Volkl like the new SG10 320 Mid (terrific feeling racquet) just for fun. TW's demo program is the best entertainment value on the market -- four racquets of your choice for a week at just $11.50. Can't beat it.
I thought it was $20 for 4 racquets???

I recently decided to stick to a single racquet for as long as I think it takes for me to solidify my game and not worry about racquets. I sold my Dunlop 4D 300, Wilson K-Blade Team, Prince Graphite, and Dunlop Biomimetic 200 Lites and settled on the O10 295. At first I had them leaded up but recently stripped all that away and play 2 identical racquets with Prince Syn Gut original.
I haven't looked back. It's such a great do-everything racquet. When I hit right it has as much power as I need, and I feel like I can hit with great accuracy. It is light enough not to tire me out ever, yet there's absolutely no feeling of instability. And for this former TE sufferer, absolutely no arm pain.
