No, both are same lenght and there is no chopped bout.
If was done properly you wouldn't be able to tell if the handle has been shortened unless you remove the butt cap. I believe the racquet in the picture with the leather grip and the red shoulders was only produced as a "stretch" model. If it is the same length as the other racquet it has probably been shortened.
Does anyone know the specs for the 18x20 Euro version?
I still own a few of the PSC 6.1 Tours, which were the Euro only 18x20 frames. They're pretty much the same as the 16x18, just different string pattern. Also, they came with Fairway leather grips.

Just curious - when you say that they're pretty much the same, do you mean their construction of their behavior on the courts... or maybe both?
I've only had good luck with 18x20 patterns in racquets that were especially soft, but I think it would be fun to try the dense version of the 6.1 Classic just to see if the performance is close to the model with the 16x18 layout.
