The lineswoman ran to the umpire and told them what happened, and that's why Serena was immediately disqualified. There were even some talks on TMZ that if that lineswoman wanted, she could bring menacing charges against Serena, you may think this is harmless "outburst", no actually it's not, it is indeed a criminal matter, 20 slams or 100 slams will not change a damn thing here.

Generally speaking Serena lacks class. Ok she may curse here and there but that in itself is no particular big deal. For me its her general demeanour on the court. It is one of someone who doesn't want to be there and rather not playing the opponent at all. The way she acts, they way she dramatises herself, the way her illness drags her to near death between points and all of a sudden she plays like a spritely gummy bear during rallies. Her death stares. Her eyes not only show a desire to win but also coruscate with abhorrence - where that comes from I do not know. She may be a champion, but she is filled with negative energy and is utterly classless.
Her death stares? Who died and made YOU Minister of Protocol? Players shoot each other looks all the time, but you're only focusing on those of one player, I wonder why? Who cares if her demeanor is "...one of someone who doesn't want to be there and rather not playing the opponent at all." Obviously, that is positively, absolutely, NOT the case(maybe OTHER players should try to use "death stares), but you think she is "classless" because she doesn't exhibit the facial expressions YOU deem appropriate. Unbelievable.

'Gonna' is the word that is commonly mentioned in articles. I haven't watched the incident since that fateful day,rivalled only by Seles' stabbing as the most appalling moment on a tennis court.
