At this point in his career, where does Alexander Zverev rank amongst the list of Olympic Gold Medalist winners career-wise?

List of Men's Olympic Gold medalists since tennis was reinstated as an Olympic competition in 1988:

1988: Miroslav Mecir (d. Tim Mayotte)
1992: Marc Rosset (d. Jordi Arrese)
1996: Andre Agassi (d. Sergi Bruguera)
2000: Yegveny Kafelnikov (d. Tommy Haas)
2004: Nicolas Massu (d. Mardy Fish)
2008: Rafael Nadal (d. Fernando Gonzalez)
2012: Andy Murray (d. Roger Federer)
2016: Andy Murray (d. Juan Martin Del Potro)
2021: Alexander Zverev (d. Karen Khachanov)

It's clear who the top 3 are: Rafa, Agassi, Murray, by an indisputable distance.

However, amongst other Gold Medalist winners, especially Kafelnikov, Mecir, and Rosset, where does Zverev's career rank overall all time?

Weak!
To the best of three sets the final?
Rightfully so, it's no surprise that Zverev won it.

Pretty low, and I'll leave it at that.

Still behind Kafelnikov but it wont take him long to pass him.
However long it takes for Zverev to win 2 slams. It might be soon, it might be a while. Zverev just got destroyed in the final by Bublik.

Kafelnikov won 0 Masters and 0 Tour Finals, so I doubt that Zverev will need to win 2 slams to overtake him. One will be more than enough.

I agree to disagree since it’s seems slams is the measurement of greatness. Plus all the masters and finals were best on of 3. Long gone are the days of Fedal Rome like 5 set finals or Sampras/Becker Tour finals. Zverev has proven mentally weak so far in the big stages as show at the AO and also today.

Below Kafelnikov but ahead of the rest. I don't think it's that close.

Why are you allowing multiple votes on the poll?
