There certainly is something unique about an account that has approximately 1 or 2 posts a year over the course of 5 (soon to be six years).
Does that mean its him? no
But there is also the fact that the "Pete Sampras" Account knew what rackets pete used to use. I don't know if a troll would do that or know that. And yes i'd like to believe its him, so i'm trying to justify its him.

You would not know unless you saw the interview. As I stated earlier in this tread, he said it all with three words. He new exactly what I was talking about. Like if he said it was really him you would believe the post lol..

All his 9 posts are Sampras related, and offer seemingly accurate insights, though most of them a hardcore Sampras fan would know.
Also 5 years is a long time for someone to pretend to be Sampras. If its some Troll or obsessed fan they have an awful lot of self restraint and are incredibly dedicated considering nobody seems to have noticed or said that it might really be Pete Sampras up until now.
I want it to really be him too though... just my 2 cents

Like I said, the posts are insignificant to confirm or deny the validity of the account, but heck - maybe Pete can get his good friend Roger to post once or twice on this forum.

I had a lot of free time this summer for the first time in years and the weather was crappy 95% of the time this summer so.

Just messing man. TW is a great place, I have met probably over 50 boardmembers, and hit with 40+ or so. All great, very cool people, some of whom have become good friends of mine.

Roger will be beat me when his game is on. He isn't playing like he used to though. For sure, I have a freaking 105mph forehand and a 140mph "make you dance" serve. I'm easily a high end 1.5. Everybody wants to be number one but it's not possible for any human to be 1.0 so it's not even an official ranking. I'm as close as you can get though. I don't think there are even 2.0 players on this board. Everybody is a 2.5 or lower. I'd hate to be those 6.0 and 7.0 players but you gotta start somewhere I guess. It's good to be king.
