i am 4.5 to 5.0, does that count ?
Ha, I agree with him. Not sure this is what he ment, but the way he acts, I would not want to play with him either. Him and Mark Knowles or similar would be interesting.
I wonder if he posts from a blackberry, always real short responses.
yeah, I went in and saw the thread you referenced earlier, and then saw the rest of his posts. I'm pretty certain it is him.
Sir. Drak - that should be your official quest: Determine the validity of "Pete_Sampras"'s account!
For the record: I personally do not believe it is him
It is him. Any doubts were erased when he nailed a response to my post about an interview he did. Oh and no "_" in his name
Hark, what evidence have thee?!!!
I looked at his *9* forum posts and they didn't really confirm (or deny) his identity.

All his 9 posts are Sampras related, and offer seemingly accurate insights, though most of them a hardcore Sampras fan would know.
Also 5 years is a long time for someone to pretend to be Sampras. If its some Troll or obsessed fan they have an awful lot of self restraint and are incredibly dedicated considering nobody seems to have noticed or said that it might really be Pete Sampras up until now.
I want it to really be him too though... just my 2 cents
There certainly is something unique about an account that has approximately 1 or 2 posts a year over the course of 5 (soon to be six years).
Does that mean its him? no
But there is also the fact that the "Pete Sampras" Account knew what rackets pete used to use. I don't know if a troll would do that or know that. And yes i'd like to believe its him, so i'm trying to justify its him.
Has Pete ever said if he used a light, medium or heavy wood prostaff frame?
Doubt many on here would know the answer to that question.
He is also one of the best posters around.
Are you referring to the pre-graphite,kevlar racquet era?
ah, good question. I do know there are pictures of him using a Jack Kramer, but spec wise is a tough one.light, medium and heavy wood frames

I thinking of buying one on ****. They go for about $200. I own the China and Taiwan versions. The Taiwan version is definitely heavier and plays more solid. I also own a St.Vincent Jack Kramer Staff (same exact mold as PS85), but it's composed of 20% fiberglass and not 20% kevlar like the PS midsize. It too, weights more than the modern PS 85, but has a different feel.
I'm wondering, for all those St. V owners out there. Is it worth the investment? Does it plays a notch higher than any other versions?
Thanks for any feed back!
I used one for a long time. I tried switching to other 85's and even the Tour 90, but it just wasn't the same.
tonlars is good player I seen him player doubles 2008 mb open, but I think in my province of manitoba some are better than him, atleast 1 guy he lost to this years mb open.

And this is a cool place, very informative and educational. I see you have some posts yourself.

HeheLol, let he who be without sin cast the first stone.
Just messing man. TW is a great place, I have met probably over 50 boardmembers, and hit with 40+ or so. All great, very cool people, some of whom have become good friends of mine.
It just caught me by surprise because I hadn't seen you post very much, but I don't often go into the general pro player discussion.
Have a good one man.

We sorted that out long ago me and the other poster, and there was a reason for everything that took place in that thread. You are such a liar and a fraud. Your lies about your tennis background have been exposed many times already on this forum. Last time your record was questioned you kept making up new lies to cover up your exposed old fraud. ATP ranked 900? You were not. Tobias Steinel-Hansson? You are not. Fredrik Persson? Doubtful. Ranked in ATP singles? Fredrik Persson was not. Why don’t you stop lying, it’s so pathetic. If you want to be an internet poser, at least pick an identity you can stick with for 5 minutes at least. FAIL.

lol what thread was it he said that in

I simply have different priorities than most people who play. Good example, most people would never give their opponent points. If I hit a winner but the ball didn't land close to where I was trying to hit, I don't take the point. I don't want to gain a point by chance. Why should I take a point I don't deserve to have?
Well I'm honestly an 8.1 !
Surely nobody can beat that
Mtommer, no contest.
This guy is badass.
Haha! 8.1 1/2 here!
Thanks, Henry Choi is not from Manitoba however, I believe he is living in Vancouver.
