Who is your favorite player who hasn't won a Singles Slam tittle?

G.O.A.T.
I would have liked to see Tsonga and Ferrer win one. Tsonga because he has the talent and once came close (2008 AO) and Ferrer because of his sheer hard work and tenacity.

Ferrer would be good given his work ethic.
Cornet possibly- plus the drama would be fun!
Of past players, Henman & Bunge

Most of my favourite players have never won or slam title or even gotten close, but over the years they have included Clerc, El Aynaoui, Calleri, Mayer and Seppi.

Other than Roger, I don't have any favourite players. Nadal and Djokovic are interesting to see. Maybe Murray also...

I am wishing the answer to the question can be Del Potro because I enjoy his game a lot, but no it can't be him since he has won a Grand Slam.

But to be honest, players who have not won a Grand Slam won't have been noticed as much as Grand Slam champions, and woudn't have won the crowd support, fame and popularity as much as Slam winners have.

It is simple as this. Most people who watch and are interested in tennis would be fans of one of the Big Four. And once you are thoroughly supporting a player let it be Federer, Nadal, Djokovic or Murray, and excitedly following their matches, the others have no meaning to you. Because you know that if that other player you like plays against your favourite player, you would clearly support you're favourite player- the player you are a fan of.

Once someone has entered your heart until that player retires wou will support them and will have no space for any other players.

So for me, there is no other favourite player apart from Roger Federer, let it be with Grand Slams or without.

If this was asked asked around 2 years ago however, then the clear favourite would have been Murray since he had not won a slam at that time.

The Tennis Ninja, Gasquet, Tsonga, Monfils, Lopez, Simon, Verdasco, Goffin.........any of those would be great to see, win a GS.
The Tennis Ninja is my number 1 pick. Gasquet and Verdasco next. Almost impossible for the rest (except Ali), I think, but there we go

Almagro, easily.

Love his backhand that is awesome at attacking high balls, and also love that he dispels so many myths about 1hbh players being 'all-court' net-rushing players, as he has terribly volleys, slice and touch.
