Will Medvedev win another slam?

Medvedev had a great tournament, he wasn't at his best but fought through some real headaches, he played his best in the final then Sinner woke up, Madlad lost his legs.

Will Daniil win another slam? Or will he keep losing in Slam finals? Back to Back slam final defeats now, surely mental baggage accumulates?

He might get 1 but I don’t see him getting a better opportunities than that. His window looks to be closing.

I will say yes. He's knocking on the door consistently, finals of 3 of the last 4 HC slams. I don't think Sinner/Alcaraz will possess near the consistency of big three so I think he will break through again.

Sinner is the best HC player in the world right now. That is an undeniable fact. But he can also lose some matches, get injured, etc.

I bet he’ll nab another at some point. His serve has actually been a bit off over the last year and he’s still making hard court slam finals on the reg. I don’t think he’s played quite his best at the last two, not consistently throughout the fortnight, and yet still came close to winning. Think he’ll put it all together again at some point.

He's only made the final of two of the last four HC slams. Prior to the two recent ones, he missed two in a row (2023 AO + 2022 USO). But he has made the final of five of the last seven HC slams, as he was on a run of three in a row prior to 2022 USO (2022 AO, 2021 USO, 2021 AO).

He is a great champion with "lockdown mode" in his arsenal (USO21F, USO23SF). I believe he'll win few GS titles more, maybe even become an ATG.

After he became a top player, his results in 10 hard slams: 1 win, 5 finals, 1 semis, 3 times 3-4 rounds. I think he's halfway through his career. So he should definitely win another slam.

A Slam can be won without facing any top 25 players, so any top 10 player has a chance.
