Will Murray cry again?

He's playing pretty poorly by his standards, probably because of the back injury that made him miss the French Open. I can't see him winning against Djoker playing like this.

Will he cry yet again?

Perhaps out of joy this time! :)

To me Djokovic was the favorite, that is until today's match against Del Potro. I do not want to take anything away from Del Potro's great playing, he will start moving to the top 4 after all, but I think Djokovic lacked the consistency he showed in earlier matches.

If Djokovic plays like he did today I think he will lose the finals on Sunday.

I hope not. I'd like for Djoko to win but I don't want to see Murray break down again. He's won Olympics and USO now, so he should feel ok no matter what happens. Remember, he was still slamless at last W.

One way to look at it is that he missed shots because of the respect his has for Delpo's FH/BH power - Murray isn't going to blast anyone off the court, so Djokovic can concentrate on hitting with more cover. His serve was still top notch; saved many BPs against.

And Djokovic won't let Murray get away with the weak 2nd serves - they will be dealt with harshly.

True.

What worries me most for Djokovic is his confidence. A few mistakes answered by Murray doing a barrage of aces and a public going wild may break him mentally.

What I see from both semis today is that tennis is such a big mental game in addition to just good playing.

True, I think if Murray does not have outstanding serves on Sunday he is not going to win.

Djoker has handled every opponent well at this Wimbledon, including the ones he had lost to earlier in the year - Tommy Haas, Tomas Berdych. Only JMDP gave him trouble and perhaps ran out of gas in the 5th set.
I would prefer to see Murray win, but it doesn't look like it will turn out that way. If Murray loses it will just consolidate the Djoker's dominance over him further and may be too difficult for Murray to turn the rivalry around.

I am okay with men crying, they are human and have emotion too :)

I said last year I would root for Murray as long as he doesn't play Roger. Well, he's not this year. But it is so hard to root for him for whatever reasons. I will be happy for him if he wins, but I still hope Novak will win.

This may also be a good sign for Murray that he, again, faces a finalist that had an epic semifinal against DelPotro...like he did in Olympic last year.

He is a human being for god sake!! Showing emotions is very natural, whether its oncourt or offcourt. It's heartbreaking for either of the two finalists to lose after reaching the very last stage of the tournament.

Why are Nadal fans so obsessed with crying. As if Rafa doesn't cry !

I'm not a Nadal fan. I'm a fan of exciting tennis. I like Nadal's athleticism, intensity and running forehand. Federer's (before the back injury in 2011) effortless consummate classical skill and power off the forehand, Murray's touch and incredible speed (Lendl seems to have made this vanish) and I don't like Djoker but I respect his game and tennis needs a bad guy.

The match ups I like are Nadal v Murray, Djoker v Nadal,Fed v Djoker.

The match ups I hate are Murrovic and Fedal.

To the extent that I am a "fan" of anyone it's probably Tsonga. But what I always want is exciting tennis and exciting match ups. I just made this post because I've been getting a lot of comments in threads implying the content of my posts is because I'm a Federer or Nadal fan or one of the other top 4.

How come this didn't happen last year on centre court when they met?

According to bookmakers, Djokovic is now bigger favorite to win Wimbledon than he was before the tournament started.
