Turns out there is a Draws PDF, see here. I did have to spend a few minutes extracting the player list from the draws. That also explains why I didn't list the seeding and instead just posted an alphabetized list.

She's not playing Doha but play Dubai (The Premier 5 this year).

Petra is going to be testifying against her attacker in early February so I have a feeling we might not see her in Doha or Dubai so she'll probably play St Petersburg so she can defend some of her points since she's the defending champ in St Petersburg (470 points) as well as Doha (900 points).
