TTW should start banning people again.
Mods want the forum to be active, no? If mugs are banned, you'll get a nice field but mostly barren. You're perfectly bannable too btw.

In 2011 he lost 2 matches to Djokovic (the matter of discussion), of course 2010 and 2012 look better. From European clay season 2005 to 2013 end, Nadal's only losses to top 10 were to Fed (Hamburg 07, Madrid 09) and Djokovic (Madrid 11, Rome 11, Monte Carlo 13).
So your top 10 stat is irrelevant when talking about peak level for Nadal on clay.
get some idea by watching some tennis.
----------
oh and here are some stats, though not conclusive.
on clay for nadal.
2010 : total points won = 57.1%, games won = 66.4%, sets won = 96.2%
2012 : total points won = 58.3%, games won = 68..3%, sets won = 94.7%
2011 : total points won = 56.5%, games won = 64.6%, sets won = 85.9%
But I'm sure you'll run away from this since it doesn't suit your bullsh*t delusions.

Federer retirement won't save this forum. Take it from someone who was here on the eve of the AO 2017 Final to see first hand the amount of people that were frothing at the mouth at the thought of Nadal being crowned the "new GOAT." It was actually a bit of an eye opener for me in the sense that this type of overthrow, this disturbance in the force if you will, is not always a good thing.
of course, Tipsa is from servia. so oh what a surprise..“I honestly feel that I can tell you something with utmost certainty: if you take all the top players — and I’m obviously not talking about Rafa on clay — if they are at their peak, playing their best tennis ever, Novak Djokovic is the best player of all-time,”

Federer retiring would definitely help the forum, maybe it won’t save it, but these trash, pseudo-intellectual/insulting/generally terrible posts would thin out
No retirement of any Big 3 member will save this forum tbh. There's no fanbase worse than the other here. Djokovic and Nadal fanboys are just as bad as the Federer ones (and the Federer ones are horrible too.) The only reason you say otherwise is because you're biased towards Djokovic in the first place.
Can @Lew II provide some stats on trolls by fanbase so we can all find out which the GOAT BOAT troll fan base is?It’s common sense to think that the largest fan base also has the largest amount of trolls
So yes, do I think that Federer retiring will help? Yes
Better than it being this trash field. This place is hellish. Mods need to be 5x more strict as this place gets worse day by day.
Mugs don’t contribute anything other than spewing vile comments
You honestly think I don’t know that or even that I actually care lol? If mods ban me and everyone else who deserves to get banned, this place would be much better

Me being biased doesn’t mean I can’t have an opinion lol
Most contribute at least a little but that is overshadowed by the vitriol they bring.
Sure I'd like to have some 20-25 creatures banned, it's clear the amount of discussion would die down quite a lot though since butthurt is a strong motivator. That's what happened in the Former Pro section after its most active/butthurt members got banned (not all at the same time).
I expected the last paragraph from you actually, you don't seem to care indeed.
Do we even know Federer has the most fans/trolls here or are we just guessing?
In any case, even if you are right it doesn't make what the other fanbases do to disparage Federer any more morally correct (again, not absolving the Federer fanbase of anything here).
This is equal opportunity in all cases. Trying to make one fanbase, that you conveniently don't like, out to be the worst of the lot is way too subjective to make it some kind of irrefutable truth.

The only place/set of conditions where you could say that is slow HC. Not on clay, not on grass and not on faster HCs.
I would give the slight edge, overall to Roger. On grass and fast hard courts: Roger, Novak, Rafa On clay: Rafa, then Novak then Roger, a very close third. On medium/slow hard: Novak, Roger, then Rafa. In the end they are, overall, very close, accomplishment wise. Peak play: Roger, then Novak, then Rafa.“I honestly feel that I can tell you something with utmost certainty: if you take all the top players — and I’m obviously not talking about Rafa on clay — if they are at their peak, playing their best tennis ever, Novak Djokovic is the best player of all-time,”

So you think the little that the ****posters actually contribute is worth the amount of crap they spew? Well I disagree. A turd is still a turd.
Butthurt being a strong motivator is actually sad. Better to cut out a cancer than let it fester. So what the forum dies a little. It’ll recover when people who actually post quality content join.
I used to lol. Then this place continued to get worse and worse and actual good posters(zagor) left. It’s all just spewing crap and the same bs everyday. I used to get baited and do the same.
Better to not care then continue to be part of the problem
Wrong reading. Alright, 'overshadowed' not the best word choice, should've said 'outweighed'.
I just explained why (I think) mods don't do much about it. They want activity, doesn't matter if it's full of schit.
Don't think it would ever be nearly as active if vitriol is banned, though, because decent posters typically aren't the ones who feel the need to post away every day. I'd like a quiet cozy place myself, but what does it matter what I like, huh?
The likes of Zagor and MartinJ leaving was quite a shame indeed. So what do we do anyway? Can't have infinite private convos because the size is capped at 20.
I agree Djokovic at AO and Miami beats Fed.It's funny you know. Whenever posters like Nathaniel(who is much more of a Federer fan) states that Djokovic is the best he's ever seen on hard courts, nobody bats an eyelid yet when an actual Djokovic fan states it, all hell breaks loose and the Federer fanbase makes out like we've committed the most horrible crime imaginable for holding such an opinion, like it's Nadal or Murray we're talking about. You'll forgive my saying it but you Fed fans can be horribly tiresome at times.
There’s literally been numerous polls where people have asked who is your favorite player and Federer always wins those.
It’s just simple logic to think that the bigger the fan base, the more trolls there will be unless you want me to start listing and counting everybody I consider a troll
No it doesn’t which is why it would be better if mods just banned all the trash posters. Whether it be Ned, Nole, or Fed fans. Ofc they won’t do that so maybe it’ll at least happen somewhat naturally or at least yet somewhat better when players retire
Forum will become much better when Federer is overtaken in slams account.

Forum would be much better when the big 3 don't win anymore because they have won too much !Forum will become much better when Federer is overtaken in slams account.
Hasn’t Agassi said it? Of course he used to receive paychecks from Nole.Which other players mentioned 'Djokovic as the best ever'. I am not asking for "one of the best" , but the best.

At the end of the day, Djokovic is the boat. Until then we have to be objective with the fact that Djokovic mastered the Grand Slams on all surfaces at once, and also won indoor ATP finals. He has the golden masters aswell and gotten the better of his main rivals peak to peak. .
Federer and Nadal tried, but they weren't as good as Novak who has mastered the game.
Insert Jordan gif
You know Thiem just said the other day before the final that Federer is the best he's ever seen. Add that to a much longer list than the one you can come up with.At the end of the day, Djokovic is the boat. Doubt that, but here’s something to really consider: If Djokovic doesn’t overtake Federer in slams, YOUR life’s mission will go unfulfilled. Seems pretty terrifying to me.
Nadal is the BOAT. Nadal leads the H2H in Grand Slams over both Federer and Djokovic. In effect, Nadal leads the H2H over Federer 9-3 in Grand Slams (including 3-1 at the Australian Open) and 9-6 over Djokovic (including 2-1 at the US Open). Nadal is the only man able to defeat prime Federer in a Grand Slam match on grass (Wimbledon 2008) and prime Djokovic in a Grand Slam match on hard courts (US Open 2013). Neither Federer nor Djokovic have ever defeated prime Nadal in a Grand Slam match on clay. In addition, Nadal has won at least 2 Grand Slams on each surface (hard, grass and clay), while Djokovic only has 1 Grand Slam on clay. It is true that there are 2 Grand Slams on hard courts, but 4 ÷ 2 = 2. Nadal averages 2 titles per Grand Slam on hard courts while Djokovic only averages 1 title per Grand Slam on clay. 2 >>1. Nadal is more complete than Djokovic in outdoor surfaces and more dominant in important matches since he leads the H2H over his main rivals in Grand Slam matches.
He has to get to Nadal first. What next, Wawrinka claiming Federer's the best ever?
Venus claiming her sister is?
Nothing to see here. Let's see if he can get those 20 slams.
Everything you need to know about Nadal “fans” right here. Sad.
You feel sad for VB
Joining ship with Djokonuts since Rafa’s future seems a question mark these days
Nadal_Django is an excellent Poster. Honest, fair, always tells as it is.
Slam wins over no.1 ranked Big3 (excluding themselves from the ranking) outside Roland Garros:
Djokovic 8
Nadal 3
Federer 2
Well everything i said is the truth. Fedr was the destined child from the get go. The son of Zeus, the Messiah himself, the religious experience for the tennis masses. He was touted as the Greatest ever as early as 2006. Imagine how much glory hunters he must've got over the years. Lol Now imagine he is to lose that Divine Aureole of Goatness to Djoko or Nadal at the last seconds of the Biggest Game. HahahahaEverything you need to know about Nadal “fans” right here. Sad.
Sad really. The only Rafa fan still putting arguments out there for the Mallorcan is @Sport which is somewhat sad since nobody even bothers to reply to them because there’s really not much to argue about but respect to him for still trying. The rest have disappeared or joined the Djokovic bandwagon as this poster above has, even pretty much rooting for Djokovic in all matches now.
You then have posters like @MichaelNadal posting “epic” a few times along with nostalgic wrestling clips. @clayqueen sticks to mostly to Nadal News. You can drag @octobrina10 out of Nadal News every once in a while with a post about how many people watched Rafa practice or Rafa’s popularity vis-a-vis Federer’s.
The Fed fans, OTOH, haha, let's say if Fed is to be overtaken at the last meters of the Goat race then, umm, no bridge should be left unprotected that's for sure.
