Oh wow, look at this.
welcome welcome.
Know this, new user, that THIS is the GOAT of threads, and sureshs is the GOAT of posters.
Roger says he wants to win 20 Slams before he retires. I hope he uses Cincy as a nice warmup to the Open. Of course Nadal will win, but Roger can still try and hope that Nadal gets injured or something.
Federer wins 20th slam! woohoo!
Thank you ! Of course I know the creator of this thread is the GOAT of posters .
And Federer just picked up his 20th slam to reaffirm the GOAT status of this thread and the OP.
Vamos !

I think Fed needs to work on his backhand fundamentals. I saw the Fishy match in its entirety yesterday, and many times Fed hit a a simple backhand straight into the net because he was not bending his knees enough and not hitting low to high. That is not expected from the second-greatest player ever.
Dude can I use this Pic as my avatar. I wont if youre not ok with it.
I reused it from another thread Go ahead, this is the Internets. All is free.I am fine with it but that picture was posted by Sentinel on some other thread and I just reused it.

Two truly great weeks of tennis. Murray continues to troll Blinkism's home tourney, while Roger wins his 20th slam! What more could a fan ask for?
Roger's win is not truly deserved. Murray was too "drained from achieving the upset of his life" by beating Roger at Toronto. Otherwise, Murray would have won Cincy. Two truly great weeks of tennis. Everyone Roger beat was either "just back from injury", "drained from achieving an upset", "tired from previous match", etc etc.
actually these are 2 separate videos that were juxtaposed.was this the video after the usopen draw came out? where is it?
Federer's got a tough draw, most likely Del Potro in the second round!
Not really, Delpo was unfortunately poor and failed to win a set against Gulbis/Cilic recently.
I'd say ever since he heard that Suresh declared Cincy to be a slam, Roger lost interest or his performance here dipped. Luckily he managed to get one last win in before his management informed him.I wouldn't go by Fed's performance in Canada. Ever since they bumped he and Mirka from their suite a few years ago he hasn't played well there.
And I certainly would not write him off at Cincy. It's his favorite slam, after the other four.
Cincy is no slam in my book.
Today's semifinals feature the top 4 players. Unlike the last 2 "Slams". I contend that whoever wins here is the real #1 and the GOAT. I have a feeling it won't be the guy with the elegant strokes.
Such an heresy ... an blasphemy !:twisted:Cincy is no slam in my book.
Is Cincy losing credibility?
Q. Last year a lot of the guys were saying these are some of the quickest courts they've seen. Comment on the speed of the courts here.
ALEX BOGOMOLOV: I think it's playing pretty slow. You know, the balls, the Head balls that they're using, they get really big and the court is grippy.
So, I mean, there is a lot faster courts out there. As far as comparing to them, then it's a slow court. But I haven't been here in seven years or so, so I can't compare it to the previous years.
It's true, I played at the USTA tennis center regularly, and they are really not as fast as commentators make them out to be.
Some of the indoor courts you see at local clubs here in NY are way faster than the Open.
Has Cincy been downgraded? Is this possible?

He will lose to Nadal
