Predict the 2013 Majors

Always fun to make these threads and look back and see how much things changed or stayed the same. 2013 will be particularly interesting for all the top four. Djokovic trying to prove he's still the man to beat, Fed trying to beat age, Rafa trying to come back from injury, and Murray trying to follow up on his first major.

AO: Murray
Historically his best major, and with the confidence boost from the USO I can see him taking this title
FO: Novak
More of a hopeful pick, but I can see Novak winning the FO. Nadal isn't going to win it forever
W: Nadal but I really want Murray to win this one the most
Probably the only slam that you could make an equal case for all four players. I think Nadal or Murray will take it.

If Murray wins any slams in 2013, someone else will have to take out Nadal. I don't think Murray played well enough at this year's Wimbledon/US Open to beat Nadal.

IMO I think it's more a question of what shape Nadal will be in when he finally returns to the tour and whether it will be good enough to take on a Murray with improved confidence and momentum.

FO: Rafa (if healthy), if not, Roger- He's been great at RG, just not as good as that one Spanish guy that's always on the other side of the net. No Rafa= Mental uplift for Rogi, and hopefully, a RG title
WI: Fed or Murray- They were both amazing on grass this year, it may just come down to roof/no roof and if Roger can do well at RG
Cincy: Fed- Fast hard court, I'll be there to cheer him on, he can't lose

USO: Fed/Djoko/Muzza/Rafa- big log-jam here. If Rafa gets to 100% and is slamless to this point, he'll be wanting this one. Murray is defending champ, so he has a shot. Djokovic is Djokovic, so he has a shot. If Federer has the year that I have him at right now (2 slams and Cincy), he could very well have too much momentum to be stopped, which I'd be fine with

Who says Nadal will even be in the draw,and why does it even matter? It's not like Andy can't beat him or anything. Andy has a very good chance of winning Wimby. He did make the final this year,and is a good grass court player.
