Simon is a grear player!!! I love him second to the muzz!! I base my game around him, I love making my oppenents miss, rarely taking the intiative in the rally and grinding them down until they break their racquets and inside I am like :)

Exactly how he just won. Takes patience, not sure Marcos ever had much of that.

Why would you think so? Lopez ranked 36, Ramos 48, that's not a big difference at all. Also, Ramos has already beaten Lopez once on hardcourts this year, the head-to-head is 1-0 in Ramos's favor even before this match.

Ramos is looking really good. He's got MP now

No.
Good match from Simon, 25W, 20UES 13/15 at the net, played aggressive when needed, more winners and less UES than Bagdatis (11W, 28UES).

Predictions or What I would like to see Happen:
Milosh upset Djokovic 3rd round.
Berdych upset Murray SF.

SF: Tsonga vs Del Potro, Berdych vs Murray

F: Tsonga vs Berdych....Winner Tsonga.

Jarcoszi is pretty dammm good. Was 220 last year....suprsed he crept up to 64. Must have been that Wimby run!

Really looking forward to seeing how TheDolgo, Nishikori and Tsonga do in this tourny. Nishikori could be the real deal, would love to see a run from him outside of Asia.

Nice win for Grigor taking out Melzer 7-6 6-2 he's won a lot of matches lately, quarters in basel then coming through qualies to round 2 here!

I like him too. He is tall, but isn't just a big server. He looks like a "young Cilic" (which is playing against him right now).
He's one of the best movers among big guys(he's 6'8')
yeah, booming serve, big forehand on the other hand often winning points playing dropshot.
Had Cilic all over the court today:)

Murray will tank to Cilic in the QF.

All he will do is turn up to Paris, defend his 2011 QF points and head back to London with good few days to practice at the O2.

Additionally, has no one considered the fact that say the (likely) scenario Federer plays the final on Sunday in Paris. The defending champion always opens as the first match, so Fed could play Sunday Paris, Monday London?

Unlikely as Cilic is out in the 2nd round.

Indeed. This is the tyoe of match he used to lose regularly...now he is beating people ranked higher than him and finding his pace slowly. I am excited and happy for him.

The Dog doesn't do well when he makes a deep run in a tournament and has to turn around and play the next week. See DC earlier this year and what he did the following week in Toronto against Steps in losing 6-3 6-1. At least he got 2 more games today.

WOW seen some good tennis today, especially from that Sijsling guy.

Now we've got the Fiasco doing what he does best...

Play already called and Benny Paire decides to re-grip his racquet! Guess that's cool at a French tourney.
