querrey playing very predictable, low percentage shots in long rallies (that last point)... bad combination.

I think its crazy they let that go on till 2am in the morning, are there matches tomorrow? Surely its unfair to have Novak play a match tomorrow (Today) after being up this late >.<

Truthfully yeah iv gone off him altho i wouldnt say im a hater. He's just started getting very arrogant and disrespectful towards oppenents. I mean i saw what he did against dimitrov to conceed the point that was in but i think he needs to think more about when he does it.

As we watch it, it all looks respectful to us but if you play tennis you know that you would rather your oppenent just keep his mouth shut instead of applaud every decent shot you make, especially in a situation that qurrey was in there having just lost a set 6-0 and his drop shot wasnt THAT special that it deserved a clap from Novak.

see there youre blinded by hate ... there's a big difference between applauding "every decent shot you make" and applauding one shot.

but you cant see the difference, apparently

I just loved Djokovic's determination in this match. He had a fire raging within him, he wanted to win and get off the court as quick as possible. :)

I hope he can keep sharp and get just as pumped up for the challenges that lay ahead.

Djoker is not 100% serious concentration at times.

He wanted off that court. He was in no mood to stick around, and that was getting him pumped up a bit too much at times. But it shows just how ruthless he can be.

I was clearly exaggerating the point i was making but well done to you! You found a reason to quote my post and try and throw an insult at me *Claps*

But seriously, yes i know the difference and iv seen him do it numerous times to various oppenents and no i am not blinded by hate, i dislike the way Novak conducts himself based on things he does on court. I am the same way with any other players if they did something that is insulting or disrespectful to oppenents on court.

well we will just ask him to stop applauding opponents shots so you can like him back. and to restore the balance in the world.

It is a shame that a top-seeded player was scheduled to play his match past midnight.

Novak was angry for a good reason (he wrote "2:00 AM" on the camera glass after the match).

I dont know if you guys saw that but i just saw a prime exsample of why i dont like Djokovic, He bageled him and he plays a good drop shot and Djokovic applauded it. How patronising is that?

In addition to the time, he may have also wanted to avenge the last loss he suffered.

Both ladies quarterfinals are not being played due to injuries - does this mean Nadal v Federer will be pushed forward in the schedule?

Does anyone know what time it's now on? (Say what time region you're referring to please!!)

As far as I know, 7pm local time (California time.)

It's 3:35 pm in California right now. And the Rafa-Fed match is at 7 pm.

Surprise, Surprise! JJ is in another MS1000 final, but this time it's the doubles! Will they pull of the upset against home crowd favourites and lift the trophy tonight? :)

so lame that it's a) on ESPNNews, and b) blacked out on espn3.

I'm sure they're aware that there are tons of people that get espn and espn2 but don't get espn news, but screw them they don't get to see tennis, even on espn3, I guess.
