$25 USD...for socks?

Good quality socks ain’t cheap. You can get Chinese crap three for $10. I’ve done both. The former last forever and the latter get holes, rips or tears too soon. The Darn Tough brand are made in the USA and guaranteed for life. $25

I feel bad paying $12 for Bombas socks but they are great.

Don’t feel bad at all. If they‘re high quality then it was money wisely spent. Good quality socks are hugely underrated. Cheap out on the pants or shirt but spend on the socks.

Crazy trend started with Nike Elite basketball socks and bled over into other sports...other companies followed.

The fit of my shoe dictates the sock. I prefer a thiner sock in Ubersonics and a thicker sock in Barricades.

I used to prefer a thicker sock when I was younger but I blister wearing thick socks. I think the advancements in shoe cushioning offset the need for the sock to provide cushioning.

Bought the black Nike mid qtr tennis socks a few years ago for $13 and don't use them to play in. They're kinda awkward, don't wear well casually.

My go to's are the 6 pack Adidas from Marshall's and TJ Max for $9.99 that sells wise where for $20. Superlite is the thinner sock, can't think of the thicker sock.

Last weekend, I was in Las Vegas and was looking at a simple(time and date) Patek Phillipe watch that was $40,000. Even if I wanted to buy it, there were none in stock. Even their complicated $200,000 watches.

I ordered these socks 10 days ago and they only shipped just now. Looking forward to seeing how they stack up to other socks.

Smartwool MSRP is about $15-$20 and on clearance about $10-$11….totally worth it. I buy 10 at a time and that lasts a year. Won’t wear anything else now

Those superlite ones wear out in 15 minutes.

Tried all different socks, expensive & cheap. Came to a conclusion that the CostCo Adidas socks were the best. It lasts long enough & priced right.

Welp. Stopped by the Alpharetta store to grab Diadora B.Icon's. Noticed a pair of socks. Grabbed em spur of the moment. Shoes were on sale for $105. Total was $140. Damn...that's alotta tax. Rushed shoes in the trunk, wifey was waiting in the car and I've been catching sharp barbs for my shoe habit.

Os1st or whatever socks...designed for plantar...were $24 !! Oh well they fit nice and the construction around the arch seem to pull the arch in a non resticting way. $24 tho o_O

I was at a ski resort two years ago and saw a lot of geriatrics wearing On sneakers. I had no idea what they were. Now I see Lululemon guys my age in On clothes. One of the rare cases where the elderly got there first. I still prefer Lululemon because I used to think it was overly effeminate, and I like to see how far I've come.

I’ve been wearing LuluLemon since 2016 and switched to On Clothes in 2020. On clothing is far superior for athletic purposes.

I've been an all Nike guy for a couple of decades.
The Nike Everyday Cushion Crew socks are my go to.
Can't stand low cut socks in the heat and humidity of South TX.
I've been buying different colors over the past 3-4 yrs.
They are holding up really well and they come in cool colors.
Usually about $15/pair and got some on sale at DSG for BO get 50% off next one.
