More like why is Fed simply watching balls pass him by.
I gave Federer the benefit of the doubt in many of the matches he has played this year.
But when he lost to Nadal at Cincinnati, then clearly tanked to Robredo to avoid Nadal at the USO, and now looks like this in a tournament he should be motivated to win?
It is absolutely and truly over.
Not only do I not think Roger will play in a major final again, I don't think he will win a masters 1000 tournament again.
It was an unbelievable run Roger.. retire when you want, but your tennis is no longer must-see TV
