Fed
494-64 (89%)
17-3 (85%)
66-23 (74%)
132-40 (77%)

Rafa
502-71 (88%)
14-5 (74%)
65-24 (73%)
139-36 (79%)

Nole
563-59 (91%)
24-4 (86%)
105-20 (84%)
182-35 (84%)

Murray
500-76 (87%)
15-7 (68%)
61-18 (77%)
138-39 (78%)

The outsiders only take YE No.3 twice, No.4 three times.

For more than 16 years from 07/25/2005 to 03/08/2021, the top2 spots have never been touched by anyone outside of Big4, not even one week. (Please correct me if I mistake)

Really impressive numbers from Fed considering this is age 27-35 and includes some of his worst stretches (first half of 08, March-October 2010, post-back injury 2013)
The top 4 if you remove big 3+ Murray is someone like ferru or Berdych.

Fed vs top 5 between 2008 to 2016 EXCEPT big 4

Win vs Daveydenko AO 2008
W vs 19 year old Delpo in Madrid 2009
W vs 19 year old Delpo in RG 2009
L vs 20 year old Delpo at ATP finals 2009
W vs Soderling USOpen 2010
W vs Soderling Shanghai 2010
W vs Soderling ATP finals 2010
W vs Soderling Madrid 2011 (STILL AGED 30)
W vs Ferrer ATP finals 2011
W vs Ferrer ATP finals 2012
L vs Delpo Basel 2013
W vs Delpo ATP finals 2013
L vs Wawrinka MC 2014
W vs Wawrinka Wimbledon 2014
W vs Nishikori ATP finals 2014
W vs Wawrinka ATP finals 2014
W vs Berdych Rome 2015
W vs Wawrinka USOpen 2015

During Feds injury years, he barely faced top 5. Even in 2013 by Basel he had already recovered which kept his record vs non big3+Murray top 5 high. He also played non big 3+Murray top 5 mostly at ATP finals which heavily supports Federer, instead of Nadal who is very bad indoors. That's why his winning % is so high.

This stat is so deceiving since OP removed big 3 + murray from this conversation. There is no top 5 without them, and although there is top 10, Fed would most likely had played big 3 + murray in this time and MUST MUST must have lost to them more often than not. As we go to top 10 and top 20 , the numbers dilute good enough that even removing big 3 + Murray has no effect.

Vs top 20, Fed is not just the worst of big 3 + Murray, he is worse in both absolute as well as relative numbers vs top 20.
And this is considering the period like post 2013 to pre 2015 AO for Murray. Officially worst year by any big 4 during this time. Even worse than Djokovic 2010.

No worry, 77% 78% 79% close enough.
I was curious about how they handle the rest of the field, after I listed their big titles and some stats the other day.

LOL

Cherry pick the time frame between 2008-2016 when Djokovic spent most of his time at his peak/prime career.

Pointless stat

Stopped reading when I read that 2015-2016 are “big 4 era”. 2007 is a stronger year then either of them and had a prime Fedal.

Don't you know that is the BIG4 ERA?
Don't you understand spend more prime time in the most brutal Big4 era is a disadvantage?
Clueless butthurt fan.

Why does this guy Djokovic always have the best stats amongst the Big 3 in almost every category? Is he better than the other two?

There's no such thing as big4 era, only an invention by insecure Djokovic fanboy.

I can easily come up with a stats between 2005-2010 and make your idol looks almost non-existent

Clueless, always want to invite embarrassment for Fed, Fed is not even bad at all in this thread, yet it triggers some clueless Fed fans. lol :-D
You don't need to come up anything, Nole is a mug the first couple of years 2004-05, who cares. :-D

Seems strange to mention Delpo's age as something negative, since he was at his very best in 2009.

Federer was a mug in 2013, 2016. Nadal was a mug in late 2014-2016. yet you include these years but not 2007. I wonder why.

Simple. Fed has himself to blame for failing to win more between 2010 and 2016. He should have made the racket change sometime between 2008 and 2010. But he resisted the change for 5 more years. What was he afraid off. Agassi made the change, it worked for him, Fed lacked good analytical skills probably in those days. The impact of trading a weak return and backhand with a better one and a slightly worse FH would be negligible. That's where he lost it.

the Big3 era is 2007-2019, and the big4 era is defined by the entry and exit of Murray.

Why would this thread trigger some Fed fans? @Holmes

He didn't have God as father and mentor, or it would have happened sooner.

Federer was like fine wine; got better with age; and handled Nadal and Murray best towards the last phase of their rivalries.
