Pretty obviously, Djokovic. 2 RG finals, 4 semis and a quarter plus 5 clay Masters titles clearly far outstrips Soderling's 2 RG finals, 1 quarter and no clay Masters titles.

The only thing Soderling has done on clay that Djokovic yet hasn't is to beat Nadal at RG!

To be honest I never watched that match but Soderling that year was good, he crushed Berdych+Ferrer in Bastad for what became his last tournament.

Sure, Nole is more consistent, but Soderling has bigger wins.

In the end at the biggest stages, they both only have 2 finals, but Soderling went trough prime Fed and Rafa to get there.

So, I would say they are equally great, since nobody won the title. If you don't win the title, consistency doesn't matter that much.
