That's the rumor, my demo is being strung.
Thing feels legit but it sure is ugly.

Current v7 Blades are softer than the ET. Their stock swingweight is higher too so they pack more of a punch.I found the Extreme Tour to be fairly low powered. How is the Blade? Haven’t hit w/ one of those in...10 years?
If you like the stick but can’t stand the paint send it to Curtis at CTR!Have a mate that calls the new extreme line budgies. The tour looks promising
thats what your mom said when ... hmmm ... where was i going with thisThing feels legit but it sure is ugly.

16x19 blade is terrible. 18x20 is the true blade. so sure, the extreme tour might be better than the 16x19 blade.

Where and how can I get a standard one? Does TW sell these (preferrably in Europe)? The ET is an older generation Blade in disguise. Replace the weighted trap door with a standard one. Saves 4 grams. Redistribute to the hoop. Enjoy.

Yeah... there are two different buttcaps and no pictures of the trap door from the side or below so it could be weighted as well, who knowsSearch Results - Tennis Warehouse Europe

Your answer is just a call/email away! FWIW my unweighted caps are TK219S.Yeah... there are two different buttcaps and no pictures of the trap door from the side or below so it could be weighted as well, who knows
Alright, that helps, thanksTK219S
I actually love the fact that the Blade v7 has the flex feel as it has soften the Blade and allows me to use Hyper-G on the racquet. I didn't like the Blade v7 16x19 as it lacked plow compared to the 18x20 even at the same spec.
I am still on the lookout for a solid 16x19 frame and looking at the Ezone 98 Tour as an option or maybe the new Pro Staff v13.
Try PA VS
Try old (original) PAVS I meant.I did but I still prefer the Blade.

You might want to take a look at Prince's Phantom and Textreme Tour lines of rackets, most specifically the Phantom 100P and Textreme Tour 100 (310). Both of these are 16x18, but their 16x18's are tight and controlled. For max stability/plow, check out the 100P; I've been using it the past month and it is super stable and plows through the ball like a monster. EZone 98 Tour seems good as well, but it probably won't have the touch/feel of a Phantom or the Pro Staff.I actually love the fact that the Blade v7 has the flex feel as it has soften the Blade and allows me to use Hyper-G on the racquet. I did but I still prefer the Blade.
Hit a little with the kids yesterday, not for real, seemed nice, maybe a bit underpowered.
Tell you one thing, I can hit a gnarly kick serve with it.

Get some lead on it. I have 5 grams on the hoop, swings like a feather but hits a much heavier ball.

There will be no discussion, extreme tour is average, prestige mid is excellent provided your footwork is thereWhen do the 360+ Prestige Mid v Extreme Tour conversations start? I'm here for that.
dang, girl. that ezone looks good
Ready to rock.

Umm... FYI - it still has the plastic on the handle - that comes off before you play . That Yonex is nice!
Ready to rock.

Curious on your thoughts as to why juniors will like it? (I have a junior that is almost ready for his first 27”)I hit some more. Spin serves are comically nasty.
It's more muted and less powerful than the prestige, less muted than the Blade and comparable on power, I think it will be very popular with the juniors and the gen X crowd will find a reason not to like it.

Very controllable power, forgiving sweet spot, easy access to spin and good feel.
It's a solid racquet that checks all the boxes.
Maybe not for your first though, I'm aiming more at the 14-16 year olds.
I'll probably get the rest of them too when I order the new instincts.

The gravity tour is pretty sweet. Has some pop on it. Plays a little bigger than its SW. not sure if you have hit with that one, but its a really good frame.
Yea, this is better.
Gravity tour hits a decent quality ball but there is no feel or feedback. They are comparable off the ground but the extreme tour shines on serve.
