The Federer forehand is the single greatest groundstroke in the history of tennis.
Djo's BH doesn't even impact his matches as much as Fed's FH impacts his.

in 2011, djokovic's bh is probably more consistent.
at his prime, federer's fh was probably better but this is debatable.
I don't see how it is debatable. Federer's forehand was a winner machine in his prime. Federer used to gain the immediate edge in points because of that shot. In comparison, Novak cracks awesome winners occasionally but majority of the time he loves to rally and move his opponent around with it.
yeah, it is kinda incredible he could generate so much power with the racquet that he is using.Djoks backhand is effective, Feds forehand is a thing of beauty, a force of nature (ok got a little carried away...)
it is debatable in my mind because back then, nobody could return federer's fh but today's djokovic probably could but i am not sure either
You know you've asked the stupidest question in history if it has a unanimous answer on TT.
The *******s are stuck between a rock and a hard place. They have to support either the Antichrist their cult warns about (Djoker) or the Prince of Liars they claim is Roger
This is not a question of 'supporting' anyone, it's just about some basic tennis knowledge...The *******s are stuck between a rock and a hard place. They have to support either the Antichrist their cult warns about (Djoker) or the Prince of Liars they claim is Roger

Even for them, the answer has to be obvious. They should be able to answer this question more accurately than anyone else. Since they hate both players, there is no bias. It's no longer unanimous, but look at who has voted for the Djokovic backhand. Few forehands are as good as Roger Federer's was in his prime, to compare a backhand to that is laughable. The backhand of Djokovic is a solid shot, but it is no where as near as versatile as a forehand, even Djokovic's own forehand is arguably better than his backhand.
That would be Sampras' serve.
But yeah, Fed's forehand is definitely the greatest forehand the game has ever seen.

Serve isn't a groundstroke bro..
You learn something new every now and then.I didn't know a serve is a groundstroke. Thanks for the valuable new info.

Djokovic's BH of 2011 by far. Fed's FH was good enough to hit winners, but his real weapon was the BH slice. It allowed Fed to get an easy ball, and hit a fairly easy winner.
