The pro makes a return? Very sour color scheme.. still no round head... Thoughts?

Head has the best pjs no doubt. I’m glad they did away with the rounded shape. Even so, it’s looks like an extreme Speed.

I was upset when there was not a Pro in the latest model so I am very much looking forward to the return. I liked the change in the head shape as well. I really enjoyed the IG 2.0 Pro as well as the XT Extreme Pro.

I’m gunna sue Head and engage them in frivolous lawsuits that waste everybodies time until they give in and bring back the round head shape. With a tighter string pattern. And get rid of the yellow!

Believe it is a staggered 23 / 26 / 21 beam width...looks like the Pro is 5 grams lighter than the previous Pro versions as well as a bit more head heavy (1 inch vs 1 1/3 inch previous). Based on the specs of the MP and the Pro there isn’t a whole lot of difference outside of .2oz and head light specs if I am seeing that right. Both swing weights are close as well. Looking forward to trying the Pro.

Yeah I’m not feeling the high swingweight! I’m looking at the lite with a 315 SW and 4pt HH I can throw a leather grip, some blutack and some lead on the hoop and you got a pro stock Pure Drive

Ill def need to change balance by 5-7pts for the 1hbh (to get to my prefered spec..),
its one im gonna try to demo soon

Put a thick/ heavy 16 guage poly and the MP specs could surpass the Pro....

Somehow Head made the loud paint job look kinda good. It should appeal to younger kids.

Does it come pre-strung with that matching yellow strings?

Plays stiffer than its RA rating suggests. The hefty sw makes this racquet too powerful imo. The demo that I got was almost even balanced. Maneuverability suffers greatly against fast topspin shots and at net. PJ looks rather cheap in person. Almost feels like you're playing with a plastic frame.

The Touch MP felt really comfortable. It was a more comfortable PD with a slender head shape. Just sayin

Haven’t tried the 360 mp. It sounds like they changed the string pattern, if so, the Touch grommets won’t fit sadly. It would look good with black grommets imo.

Both. I prefer the MP a bit more as it’s less powerful and a bit easier to swing. Nonetheless, I didn’t gel too well with either. The new Pure Aero is far superior in terms of power & spin with a surprising amount of control.

Got a lite coming to me via a trade soon, i'll be adding some silicone to the handle, maybe leather or shockshield grip and some lead at 10/2. It's reported 61ra on the rdc... should be interesting

My wife is using the extreme lite 360...
She loved it..
I had a brief hit with it as I use the MP..
Not to bad...flex is nice..
Will take weight nicely I think..

How hollow do they feel ? or has the 360 stuff masked that feeling. Thanks for the heads up might only put 10-12gr silicone, rest of weight via grip and lead.

this extreme line of racquets is by no means "a toy",,
its solid and light-feel,
easy bail out power
benefits the new generation of swing "topspin",
flat shots are tricky since it has soo much power
if you don't like that much neon-yellow, their is a MOD for the grommets, neon to black

I'm not one to match strings with frame colors but that looks great! RPM blast rough or yellow jacket could work also
