Yep. Bautista Agut is a solid player but everyone is a pigeon against the King of clay.RBA is just another Spanish pigeon for Rafa. It's a well known fact that Spanish players are not allowed to beat Rafa, especially on his favourite surface. They have to get permission from the Spanish tennis authorities and Uncle Toni first.
Wawrinka: Hold my beer.RBA rolled over for his master. I wonder if the Spanish players are doing it out of patriotism or Tio is paying them. So many UE it isn't even funny.
And 19 and 20.Yep. Bautista Agut is a solid player but everyone is a pigeon against the King of clay.
18 is coming.
same could be said for stanRBA rolled over for his master. I wonder if the Spanish players are doing it out of patriotism or Tio is paying them. So many UE it isn't even funny.
Tbf non-RAFA Spanish players just suck. They have the same or even worse results against Federer.RBA is just another Spanish pigeon for Rafa. And Serbian players when they face Djokovic. It's the old "never try to embarrass your country's best player" syndrome.

Right. RBA decided not to embarrass Rafa

Crazy Tipsy and Troiki both journeyman, the Spanish armada bottom top 10 at max and very clay oriented, only one dude has his personal compatriotic Vassal who happens to be Slam contender also. And Serbian players when they face Djokovic. It's not the same when you have practically a bye in the third round or in the Slam SF, isn't it.
Which part of the clay oriented thing, that you don't understand!?Nadal meeting Ferrer in his half at RG 9 times in 12 years.
Rafa was injured at IW this year.Unlike most posters here apparently, I think Rafa really was injured for that IW semi, but it likely wasn't too serious. He was probably fully recovered about two or three weeks ago (hence his good form in practice). That and RBA played like crap
This animal is hilarious for the memes, but I swear if I was in the same room as one I'd crap my pants. It's like a giant mutant rat. Come to think of it, maybe Fed's chokes and brainfarts have an obvious cause after all...RAFA dominating his Spaniard cohorts again

Like Rafa needs some extra help on clay.
Don't be too sure my friend.Yep. Bautista Agut is a solid player but everyone is a pigeon against the King of clay.

Rafa was injured at IW this year.
But I don't believe it was serious, which is why I cringe when I see people still being marveled by Rafa's form.
I guess tio Toni pays Rafa pigeon quite wellHe wouldn't want to risk it. It's the job of all Spanish players to make Rafa look as good as possible. Ditto Serbian players when facing Novak.
Did you literally copy and paste this from the match thread?RBA is just another Spanish pigeon for Rafa. Djokovic has also lost to Cappuccino and Kohlschreiber in the past year. Beating him in non majors isn't a huge deal these daysDon't forget that RBA has a good record against Djokovic beating him in their last 2 meetings this year (Doha and Miami). He would never do that to Rafa even on his worst surface let alone clay.

Nice GPPD placement of a match result. Thanks for adhering to forum rules.

Some call it fear, the Nadal calls it injury.
Except got demolished by Monfils in his first match.Would that be the same kind of fear displayed by Federer at the WTF's. Suddenly the stand by back injury appeared, but he was able to play Davis Cup less than a week later.
