How many French Opens for the queen of clay-Justine Henin?

How many French Opens for Justine Henin?

Justine now has 4 French Opens, one of only 5 women in history to have that many. She is getting into ever more exclusive company. With another win she would equal Margaret Court with 5. With 2 more Frenchs she would match Steffi Graf and Suzanne Lenglen with 6 each. With 3 more Frenchs she would match Chris Evert's record of 7. With 4 more Frenchs she would break Evert's record by winning 8. How many does she win?

Justine will be exposed for the male imposter that he really is. He'll be stripped of all of his FO's, and end up with 0.

Talent wise she could win three more - but with that tiny frame & her advancing age in the new era of women's tennis ..... hope I'm wrong (for her) but I think 1 more only.

I think she will win 4 more for 8 Frenchies. She won 4 of the last 5. 30 is a reasonable age to win your final slams. No reason she wont win 4 of the next 5 too. Who is coming up better then her on clay? Nobody really. Jankovic, Ivanovic, Vaidisova, maybe Kuznetsova, are her only competition on clay in the near future but any of those will need to play a match of their lives to have any chance of taking her out at Roland Garros.

That's really, like her health, highly speculative.... I don't think she'll have as easy a go next year as she did in this year's straight set sweep ...... who knows who's lurking and ready to take the (clay) torch.

In terms of talent, she should win 3 or 4 more, but not sure how her body will hold up after a couple of years.

Justine could hold her own in the men's draw of this tournament.

No, she wouldn't obviously. She has a game to beat a 500 ranked ATP male who is having a bad day with clay court as his worst surface, but holding her own in the men's draw of the FO would be impossible.

Justine has the talent to beat anyone on clay, heck on any surface. Her mental stregnth is highly overrated though, and significantly below someone like Serena Williams. She can beat anyone in the semis or quarters. However if she plays a mentally tougher player like Serena Williams in the final she probably loses. If she had played Serena in the final of this years French instead of the quarters I bet she would have lost. Look at her losing 3 of 4 slam finals last year despite being favored in all 4. What does that tell you about her. Also look who she beat in her 6 slam finals- huge underachieving choker Clijsters 3 times, mentally fragile Pierce, mentally suspect Kuznetsova, and inexperienced Ivanovic.

I think the sky is the limit for Justine. But like any tennis player age will be a factor
