If you could only have one racket in the world and 100's of that ONE TYPE model what would it be ?
My best friend and fellow tennis racket geek , this is his choice tooPrince Graphite II MP
Shao- I love you for creating your own !Custom made Prestige Classic with 95" or 97" head and 16x18 pattern. Same flex, cap grommets and beautiful dark red/gold pj.
How does it compare to the Ultra Tour?Oh, this is a good one
If I had to pick one racket model for my entire life, it would have to be something that's comfortable, controllable, powerful, and user friendly. Isn't that what all of us are looking for?
My vote would probably go to the Wilson Ultra Pro v3, with natural gut strings. No fancy tech. Just good specs.

Am biased as I currently play the UT 2.0, but really would pick it long term - as while they're now 365g w/full poly, there's tons of room to lighten/adjust specs for whatever I need/want in the future. Can't imagine needing more than 98 square inches or a thicker beam. Like PMF said, no fancy/silly tech - just foam filled goodness in a timeless shape.I haven't had a chance to hit the Ultra Pro v3 (yet), but I have lots of experience with the Utra Tour, which is a terrific frame. The specs of the v3 look about the same, so I suspect they didn't change too much. If someone told me that would be my only racquet for the rest of my tennis days, I would be Ok with that.
That'd be my second choice, truly an all-time-great stick. Really any 6.1/Six.One 95.nCode 6.1 95 mate!
