If I had to pick one racket model for my entire life, it would have to be something that's comfortable, controllable, powerful, and user friendly. Isn't that what all of us are looking for?
My vote would probably go to the Wilson Ultra Pro v3, with natural gut strings. No fancy tech. Just good specs.

I haven't had a chance to hit the Ultra Pro v3 (yet), but I have lots of experience with the Utra Tour, which is a terrific frame. The specs of the v3 look about the same, so I suspect they didn't change too much. If someone told me that would be my only racquet for the rest of my tennis days, I would be Ok with that.

Ive been happy with my ultra xp 100's for the past 5 years, i was ncode before, and trisys260 before that.
All three rackets are great but i love the free power/spin i get from the ultra.

Am biased as I currently play the UT 2.0, but really would pick it long term - as while they're now 365g w/full poly, there's tons of room to lighten/adjust specs for whatever I need/want in the future. Can't imagine needing more than 98 square inches or a thicker beam. Well if I’ve gotta age with it I’ll go with the Angell TC100 63RA. Plush, powerful, great feel, and I’ll just keep on changing the lead weights in the handle to go more HL as I age lol.

I still have like 8 of them, but have been strung too many times and more flexible.
I think thats the only racket i never broke out of anger (besides my new ultra's) so must be great rackets

I haven’t seen any blades yet, interesting. Personally my racquet journey is not over, however I have come close with the Pure Aero and the blade v7 18/20, and maybe the pure drive.
I'll give you a roll of toilet paper for those!
