With all the criticism of the Williams sisters I think it's interesting to note that of the top six us women (Serena, Davenport, Shaughnessy,Perry, Venus, and Jamea Jackson) four are African American. I find it hard to believe that this could have happened without the Williams sisters breaking through. Rolle is #13 and Haynes is #20.
