Is Djokovic about to lose the Slam Race to Nadal, or will it be Alcaraz or Fonseca?

Which of these 3 is most likely to tie or overtake Djokovic in the Slam Race?

Nadal is a virtual lock to win RG 2024, so soon the gap will be just ONE slam, and now Djokovic doesn't even look good enough to beat Sinner at the AO, and already lose to Alcaraz at Wimbledon...
And the US Open is always a lottery, so Djokovic can't bank on winning that, especially with so many young guns suited to hardcourt.
No chance of Nadal retiring when the gap is ONE, plus even if Nadal ties or overtakes Djokovic this year, he'll be returning in 2025 to bury the Serb forever.
Nothing can save Djokovic other than a Nadal injury, but injury is unlikely on clay, because even when Nadal had multiple injuries in 2022 he still beat FOUR Top 10 players at Roland Garros.
And remember Nadal missed 6 weeks with a fractured rib (broken on hardcourt) in 2022, lost early at Madrid/Rome (and played WAY better at Brisbane 2024 than at 2022 Madrid/Rome), and got injured at Wimbledon and withdrew at SF.
So who is most likely to tie or overtake Djokovic in the Slam Race?
Will it be Nadal, or will it be his heir apparent Alcaraz, or the next guy Fonseca?

Rafael Nadal is obviously the most likely in the sense that the gap is 2 Grand Slams. Now he may be injured and on the brink of retirement but that’s only 14 matches he needs to win. It’s by far the lowest barrier, even if it seems unlikely that Rafa can be healthy enough to do it, it’s still only 2 Slams.

Carlos and Fonseca (lol) essentially need to be excellent for decades to come to even get to 12 let alone 20 let alone 24.

Nadal is quite likely to overtake Jarkko Nieminen. As the most Finnish player of all time.

OP is also quite likely to set his own records, as the most trollish and ludicrous poster in TTW history - a title which might be even more impressive than winning the slam race.

More likely I'll be correct in assuming Nadal wins the next 2 French Opens, and probably one of the other slams too.
Its amazing how many times he's been injured, and TalkTennis has written him off, proving how low your IQs are...

I ain't never written him off. But he ain't never been 38. There are some laws of nature that even Doctor Cotorro cannot bend. (yet?)

Leo Federer will break the record for the most ATP grand slams. But Nadal's boy will come along and break Leo Federer's record.

The way things are going Rafa will be lucky to win another GS and he certainly doesn't have two left in him. Novak will deservedly finish ahead of him in the slam race and overall greatness

You are missing the fact that nearly all of Nadal's injuries are on hardcourt and grass.
Look at 2022, Nadal had a fractured rib at Indian Wells, then missed 6 weeks and came back to win RG while beating FOUR top 10 players, and then got injured at Wimbledon.
Again, TalkTennis never learns...

Those thinking ol' Raffers will win FO24- or any other Major- are cracking me up.
