Agassi has often stated that for clay, upper body work is more needed and for grass, it is more lower body. He will have to run a lot more to the net to pick up volleys, drop shots etc. He hasn't enjoyed the first week on grass historically in his career, and that was when he was much younger. If he is taking injections on top of that, you really have to ask how much is he asking of his body right now.

I'm cynical enough to believe that if a sport's top players are rarely, if ever, busted for a failed test. Then, the league is simply complicit. (cough NFL cough) MLB still hasn't recovered from the steroid scandal, but they do probably have the most robust testing for a big powerful league.
