A healthy opinion! For the sake of the sport, I hope Nole wins.
We need a strong champion who isn't nearing retirement.
Not really.. Dimitrov was shown to be far more of a force at wimbledon with demolishing the defending champ Murray this year than Raonic. And I hear Stan was sick in the QF?
Obviously Nole had it much tougher
I really hope you're right Mainad! And commiserations on Andy's performance the other day- I still don't know what the hell happened there.
aahhahahahaha boy, 90's Clay really hates Federer.
There you are! I wondered where you'd got to recently!
As for Andy's latest fiasco, I think I've done enough talking about that one for the moment! None of us know what the heck was the matter with him, only he can say. Just keeping my fingers crossed (as always) that he will be able to resolve things soon!
Incidentally, haven't seen or heard anything from Batz since. Hope he hasn't gone into a terminal depression or something. At least Fedex is back and posting!
Haha, my Internet connection went down last weekend and I've only just got it back on which is why I've not been able to post- I've really missed you guys! And don't worry about Andy mate- I see him winning Toronto, Shanghai, WTF and at least the semis at the US Open!
If Djokovic is the better player he'll win, otherwise he'll loose.
I don't buy that "hungry" thing, Federer is as hungry as Djokovic, it's a grand slam final, not Bucharest Round 1.
I wonder if old pete will be there sunday
Djokovic deserves it more. He faced a bit tougher draw with more resistance put up by Cilic and Dimitrov than Mr. Cakewalk did on the other end with his slave Wawa and Raonic:?
He has had WAYY too many of those since 2011...also I hate Federer...That's why I pray Nole is winning wimbledon this year. I sure as hell hope he's not gonna stand up and watch someone else hold the trophy up on center again. I would look for (and pay handsomely) for Nole to leave it all out there to ensure he isn't 2nd place again.
In that sense, Nole may be the worst opponent for Fed at this point in time considering how many times over the past 2 years Nole has had to watch someone else hold the trophy up. Especially watching a 33 year old (that I despise) hold up the trophy in the finals.
Pray and beg for Nole to be extra motivated and tracking down every ball that comes his way....for I couldn't stand it if Federer reached 18.
Fortunately, I have an auto correct translator for anyone interested in the original post.
Hehehe. Well done sir!
Steve, I've seen some ridiculous immature posting, but this guy(?) takes the wrap.
