THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE REASON FOR NADAL'S SEEMINGLY INHUMAN BICEP

1) Nadal's left arm is not an arm at all it is a robot

2) Nadal eats roids for breakfast

3) doctors for the first time removed nadals right bicep and put it in his left arm in order to give him two full biceps.

4) nadal actually works out and exercises a lot....pffffft no who like doing that?

5) nadal is composed of dark energy
