^^^ Pretty good. Could be an interesting match. Rosol was onto the right tactics, serve volleying or generally staying up in the court to take advantage of Wawrinka's chip returns. But he missed too many first serves and was generally not controlled enough to execute it. Raonic might do a better job and def has a bigger serve than Rosol.

Some good match-ups this year.

Loved Verdasco-Nadal here again, and Kyrgios-Berdych was interesting too.
Federer-Dimitrov was good, Tsonga-Nishikori upcoming too...

And now a good Stan vs. a good Raonic.

He played the best match i've seen him play in a long time. You're right his volleys are much improved and is definitely moving around the court better. His backhand slice was also looking good, Stan is going to have his hands full!

One slice in particular that I caught in the highlights was simply exquisite. From way out of court, he sort of went around the net to open up a DTL angle and hit a winner. Of course, you can do that all exhibitionism against sleepy Troicki. Will he get the time to pull off such great slices against Wawrinka? Remains to be seen. Nevertheless, a match up that's tantalising at least on paper.
