too early to send the shoes for warranty?

I bought two barricade V for $50 each about three months ago then I wore this barricade about 8 weeks. the right shoe toe area rubber is gone.
I am wondering this shoes will qualify for the warranty.
I might be able to wear it one or even two months but if this shoes qualify for the warranty, I want to send this shoes for the warranty now so I can start to use second barricade and if same thing happen within 3 months, I will be able to claim the second shoes warranty.

what do you think?

First of all
i suggest you to wear it little more to ensure that you get the warranty

In addition,
your shoes will last longer if you switch your shoes everyday, rather than wearing out one pair of shoes then using the other pair

good luck

Not sure what you are saying here....if you have 2 pairs of the same type of shoe and alternate, they each last so many hours. Now suppose you do the same thing but don't alternate. Are you saying the total number of playing hours you get is somehow less than when you did alternate?

Surely it would be the same as wearing 1 pair out, then buying another pair? :D

I guess you can claim the warranty as you can see the soft foam under the rubber.

Toe wear - yes. Heel wear - no.

You can send them in now, but I would say wear these for one or two more practice sessions and tear up that toe even more so there's no question.
