in '96 I saw the Jensens in person at the Toronto tournament (now the Rogers)... I think they tried to be entertainers, but really didn't have the resonance with fans.

Smart indeed! The previous one was obsessed with cost-cut but the new one is more for changes and investments. I like it a lot!

I can vouch for Ramey. Shot a Destination Tennis segment with her this summer, and can honestly say, she is as nice as she is pretty.
