Ugliest Strokes on Tour

I think a lot has been talked about how graceful these players make the game look, but Im often curious who hits the ugliest looking strokes on both the men and womens tour.

Pretty subjective a topic. For me it's Robredo's forehand.

I've seen him a few times in person as well. Just watching it makes my arm hurt from the wrist all the way up to the shoulder. On a side note: very classy/graceful OHBH.

Paire/ Tiafoe/ Sock FH -no comment:D
Will exclude Gulbis FH he used to have normal one
Nadal BH trully ugly, ugly shot, unnatural body twist while hitting it
Cilic serve:oops: that serve motion -his hands look like glued on the ground

...

One and only Barastegui FH

Florian Mayer's serve. It's the tennis equivalent of home schooled. Delbonis and Kohlschreiber's serves are neck and neck for second place.

And Novaks isin't?
STFU allready angry boy its not offence I like Nadal and admire his champions menatality, it has nothing to do with uglyness or beauty of of his shots.
Grow up and stop with irrational hate as this is only sport, you'll feel better about yourself

Konta serve
The first phase of her serve is a bit weird and mechanical, I agree. But once the ball is tossed it's a decent serve motion. And it's a killer technique - her 2nd serve is almost as effective as her first for setting up points. Great disguise; often, receiving players don't have a clue where she's placing it.

Far, far worse serving motions out there.

On topic:
@TheGreenMile yes Simon himself is honest about it and once said in an interview that he has crap hands lol.
Also agree about Mannarino, looks like he does not fully commit himself to hit a good forehand with pace.
@Fedeonic don't see much wrong about Leonardo Mayer.

Consider yourself blessed, chaps, not to have seen Mahesh Bhupathi's strokes. His strokes, all of them, are so painful to watch that even a barren virgin would go into labour just watching him play.

Djokovics forehand.
His overhead.
His volleys.
His face.
His desperation.
His muggery.
His pigeonry.
His forehand
His slice
His fakery
hahahaha !

So you are okay with his serve ?

Moderators let this forum go down to drain - and a few posters (like the one you mention) turned this into a crap fest...

But that country also produces Fognini....shotmaking, touch, aesthetics, and practiced nonchalance. The Italians call it "sprezzatura."
