Any time a website doesnt list a phone number for customer support, I get worried.

Yeah, I've played a few Ultimate Tennis leagues, it's ok. Takes like a million emails to schedule matches with people, though.

I signed up in 5.0 league in Dallas, league didnt make they will refund the money. I played in Spring 9 matches and playoffs.

Same here. They are saying they will refund me. Bummer.

Playing in a -4.0 UT Atlanta league. Can confirm that it is really hard to get people to schedule.

It takes a while for them to respond. They also don't follow their own rules for qualifying. No phone number to call, just an email. Try a different league.
