I am currently playing a 7.0 mixed doubles league and i had a 3.5 rating when the league started. We are going to the sectionals having won the local league. With the year end rating my ranking got bumped up to 4.5. I am definitely appealing because all i played was the mixed double league. If my appeal gets denied will i still be able to play the sectionals considering I had 3.5 when the league started. Thanks in advance for your responses.

With a double bump you will not be able to play as a 3.5 partner on your team. I am not sure about this, bu I think they make you pick the middle rank or some such thing...so you would be a 4.0 partner. Check the FAQs on your sections website regarding this, I remember seeing this discussed on ours.
